New Regency, EEAP extend pact
BERLIN -- New Regency has re-upped its exclusive distribution pact with Berlin-based certification group Eastern European Acquisition Pool. The offer provides EEAP with exclusive TV distribution privileges to New Regency game titles in Russia and also the Commonwealth of Independent States, except for the Ukraine, for the next 3 years. EEAP's Moscow-based subsidiary Gala Media will oversee distribution in the area. Additionally to Andrew Niccol's approaching sci-fi thriller "Over Time,Inch starring Justin Timberlake and Amanda Seyfried, and "Alvin and also the Chipmunks: Nick-Wrecked," the brand new Regency library includes such game titles as "Dark night and Day," "Warmth," "Fight Club," "L.A. Private" and "Disloyal." "The collaboration with New Regency continues to be very effective in the last 2 yrs and that we are thrilled that New Regency desires to continue the partnership in the area,Inch stated EEAP controlling director Alexander van Duelmen. "After recent discussions with Russian Tv producers around the new license contracts, I'm certain that we'll flourish in ongoing the impressive sales accomplished up to now last year and 2010."
