New Regency, EEAP extend pact

BERLIN -- New Regency has re-upped its exclusive distribution pact with Berlin-based certification group Eastern European Acquisition Pool. The offer provides EEAP with exclusive TV distribution privileges to New Regency game titles in Russia and also the Commonwealth of Independent States, except for the Ukraine, for the next 3 years. EEAP's Moscow-based subsidiary Gala Media will oversee distribution in the area. Additionally to Andrew Niccol's approaching sci-fi thriller "Over Time,Inch starring Justin Timberlake and Amanda Seyfried, and "Alvin and also the Chipmunks: Nick-Wrecked," the brand new Regency library includes such game titles as "Dark night and Day," "Warmth," "Fight Club," "L.A. Private" and "Disloyal."
