Fall Vegetables Salad Elements: 1/4 cup sunflower seed products 1/2 bunch kale, chopped 1/2 bunch Swiss chard, chopped (I really like Rainbow Chard, but any variety is going to do) 1 cup butternut squash laces and ribbons (very finely shaved raw slices) 1/4 cup dried red grapes 2 tbsps crumbled chevre For that Orange Vinaigrette: 1/2 cup orange juice 1 tablespoon Dijon 1/4 teaspoon ocean salt to taste 1 tablespoon essential olive oil 1 teaspoon herbal treatments p Provence Roasting Garlic clove + Lemon Flatbreads: Serves 8, appetizer portions Pre-heat oven to 350 levels 1. Cut an entire garlic clove clove in two. Wrap garlic clove in foil, with 1 tablespoon of essential olive oil, and roast for roughly an hour or so . 5. Elements: 1 store-bought pizza dough 3 tbsps extra-virgin essential olive oil, divided 1 mind of garlic clove, roasting 1/4 fresh lemon, cut into thin slices 1/4 medium red-colored onion, cut in half and very finely sliced 1/2 cup arugula 1/2 cup fresh goat cheese (Chevre) Directions: 1. Pre-heat oven to 350 levels 2. Wrap garlic clove in foil, with 1 tablespoon of essential olive oil, and roast for roughly an hour or so . 5 3. Toss lemon slices in essential olive oil, and arrange in one layer on the sheet pan. Bake before the rinds are soft, and start to brown 4. Unveil pizza dough, on the floured surface, to some thickness of just oneOr2 inch. Brush the dough with 2 tbsps of essential olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Bake for five-7 minutes. Take away the crust in the oven. and employ the rear of a spoon to spread a thick layer of roasting garlic clove within the surface 5. Spread the lemon, red-colored onion, arugula, and goat cheese within the crust 6. Bake for 12-fifteen minutes, before the crust is golden, and also the vegetables are slightly wilted.
